Great location close to many attractions, including a fantastic plaza we really wanted to see. The rooms were tidy and comfy, and it was nice to have our own balcony. 🌇

Thanks you guys for a fairly nice stay as in the previous visit.
It was located in a busy area adjacent to restaurants, Puerta del Sol, main attractions, Staff was helpful and best, helped us a lot. We loved early check-in too. Lovely building, where we stayed...

The flat is really nicely organized, in the city centre with everyhing at a walking distance. There is a washing machine (and iron) and a good-equipped kitchen. The hotel staff is very kind. Even if the cleaning is self-made, the stuff for tidying is there.

We got great value for our money with a clean, well-equipped apartment and a lovely sunny terrace. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the bustling old town, with everything within walking distance. Our host, Antonio, was excellent, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provide us with helpful information.
The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement.

Great location. Apartment A on the last floor has a wonderful roof terrace with really nice views of the city. Close to metro, plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars. Wifi worked fine. Would definetely reccomend this place.
Extremely small bathroom. Lack of lighting.

Carlos, one of the staff was excellent in providing us with information and places to visit in Madrid.
The futon was uncomfortable and no wifi access on the top floor.

This place was absolutely mind-blowing! The location was super, right in the heart of the city. You can walk to all the attractions and the metro is just 2 minutes away. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us all the insider tips on restaurants and places to visit. The apartment itself was jaw-droppingly beautiful, with amazing views of the city from the living room windows. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the spacious bathroom to the modern kitchenette. The bedroom even had a window on the ceiling for a romantic view of the moon and church bells. The check-in process was fast, and we were even allowed a late check-out. The apartment had everything we needed, including free wi-fi, an electric kettle, and all the kitchen utensils. And to top it off, there was even a flat-screen TV with YouTube! I can't recommend this place enough, it was an absolute gem.

Fantastic location. Walking distance to all of old Madrid (Royal Palace, Plaza Major, art galleries etc.) Very close to Sol metro. Short walk to two excellent flamenco bars. Good, inexpensive bars and restaurants in same street, which were full of Spaniards rather than tourists. It was nice having the fridge for cold drinks and the facilities to make tea, coffee etc., but the local cafes were so good, we did not cook there, although the utensils etc. were fine for preparing basic meals.
Overlooking the street and very noisy at night. The street is pedestrianized, so no heavy traffic noise, but the many bars and cafes were very lively, even, mid-week, until 3/4am - no rowdiness at all or music, just animated conversation, but the volume of people meant this was quite loud. Much better with the window closed and there is air conditioning, so strictly speaking, the window doesn't need to be open, but we like to sleep with open windows,so it was a problem for us. Did get used to it eventually and learned to sleep through it and Madrid is a lively city, so we weren't expecting it to be quiet wherever we were, but don't come if a quiet night is a must have for you.

We had a such great stay in Madrid very close to Puerta Del sol, Plaza mayor, Prado Museum Atocha station, and all the galleries and city attractions. Room was exceptionally comfortable with big wardrobe, and the staff were amicable. The host met us and explained everything.

Very friendly staff. Nice to have an appartment with a small kitchen.
This apartment is right on a street with lots of night action. Although the windows are of high quality and quite well insulated for sound, one must want to be a night owl or be a deep sleeper to stay here. There was no soap or shampoo when we got there. Because of restrictions in planes, we do not carry these anymore. It would be nice to have a generic dispenser in the shower.

Nothing much except that you can walk to the town center in about 7 mins. The tv had to be changed. The Aircon remote control was turned over the next morning. You need to call up when you arrive so youwill be directed to the right address. They said May 25 -28 in the reservation withoutspecifying the check-out date only for us to find outupon check- in that we had to leave on the 28th.This made us move to another hotel tocover our stay on the 28th and check-out as planned for on the 29th.For cleaning our room, they wanted us to pay extra for the cleaner. We cleaned the place ourselves for 3 nights and 4 days.
